Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and VeoPeak ("we", "us"). They apply to the app, its content and any related services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and forms part of these Terms.

Description of Service

VeoPeak provides AI-powered tools that generate videos and images from photos, templates and text prompts, including Image to Video, Image to Image and Face Swap. Generation runs on our servers and on the AI providers we work with; results are delivered to your device and kept in your in-app history for a limited time.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature, template or model at any time without prior notice.

Accounts and Access

The app operates through an anonymous session tied to your device; you do not need to create an account with an email address. Your credits, subscription and history are linked to that device session. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your device, and for keeping the device secure. If you reinstall the app or change device, use "Restore purchases" in the app to recover an active subscription.

Credits and In-App Purchases

4.1 Generating videos and images consumes credits (also called coins). The app shows the credit cost before you confirm a generation. You can obtain credits through free grants, daily check-in rewards, in-app credit packs and Pro subscription bonuses.

4.2 All transactions are processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play and are subject to those platforms' terms.

4.3 Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Credits spent on a generation that fails for technical reasons on our side are returned automatically.

4.4 Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire under the terms attached at the time they were granted.

4.5 We may change prices, pack contents, credit costs or the credit mechanism at any time. Changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

5.1 VeoPeak Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available on weekly and annual terms. Benefits may include higher-quality output, no watermark, an ad-free experience, faster generation, bonus coin packs and discounts on coin purchases, as described in the app at the time of purchase.

5.2 Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Introductory prices apply to the first billing period only.

5.3 Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and term unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refunds are given for unused time.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the app to:

• Break any law or violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity and intellectual property rights.
• Upload or generate content that is sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, defamatory or otherwise harmful.
• Upload photos of, or swap faces onto, real people without their explicit consent, or create content that impersonates or misleads others about a real person.
• Upload any content depicting minors, or generate content that sexualizes or endangers minors.
• Create deceptive media intended to defraud, manipulate elections or spread misinformation.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, interfere with or disrupt the app, its servers or its safety systems.
• Abuse or defraud the credit, free-trial or payment systems.

We use automated and manual safety checks and may decline to generate, remove or block content that violates these rules. Users can report inappropriate results from within the app. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Content and Ownership

7.1 Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the videos and images generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents to any material you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process and transmit your content solely to operate the service for you and to enforce these Terms.

7.2 Our content

The templates, prompts written by us, images, icons, trademarks and software of the app are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the app for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise.

AI-Generated Output

AI generation is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected, of variable quality, or similar to output generated for other users from similar inputs. We do not guarantee that any output will be unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing output before you share or publish it, and for complying with any disclosure requirements that apply to AI-generated media where you use it.

Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services (AI generation providers, cloud hosting, payments, analytics, attribution and notifications). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for the conduct or availability of third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted or secure, or that generation will always succeed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including loss of content, credits, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where the change is material, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory rules in your place of residence require otherwise. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
